• Contact data you submit through our website forms: name, work email address, phone number, company name, country, and city.
• Any message or additional context you choose to include in a request.
• Technical data generated automatically when you browse the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view.
• Where you accept analytics cookies: how you move through the site, and which search, campaign, or referring website brought you here.
• Account and operational data created by customers inside the platform, which is processed on their instructions.

2. How we use your data

• To respond to access requests, sales enquiries, and support questions.
• To assess whether our platform is a fit for your operation and to prepare onboarding.
• To provide, secure, and improve the platform and this website.
• To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, where you have accepted analytics cookies.
• To meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Analytics and measurement

This website uses Google Analytics 4, and only after you accept analytics cookies. Until then the measurement script is not loaded at all, so no data reaches Google. Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie involved and lets you change your choice at any time.

We also record which campaign, search, or referring site an enquiry originated from, so we can tell which of our efforts are working. Within a single visit this is held in memory and nothing is written to your device; it is stored for longer only if you accept analytics cookies.

4. Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the platform to our customers), legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and securing our services), consent (where you explicitly opt in, for example to non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (retaining records where the law requires it).

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent necessary.

• Infrastructure and hosting providers that run our website and platform.
• Google, as our analytics processor, but only where you have accepted analytics cookies.

• Professional advisers and authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate technical safeguards.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your request, and afterwards only where a legal obligation requires it. Platform data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship and deleted or returned on request, subject to statutory retention periods.

8. Security

Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted by role, protected by authentication controls, and recorded in an activity log. We review our security practices regularly and notify affected parties of any breach as required by law.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive it in a portable format. Platform customers can trigger data export and deletion for their own renters directly from the platform.
